Efforts to raise money to help families in other countries, paid off for Pamlico County Middle School Students, as they witnessed teachers, administrators, and students "Kissing the Goat". This Student Council project was a collaborative effort to raise money to send goats to families in Kenya and Haiti. Enough money was raised to send 5 goats and these will be used as a source of income as well as for milk. According to Student Council sponsors, Adam Sedar and Cara Shelton, with goats to help the families, the children can be freed up to attend school.  Pictured is assistant principal Michelle lee...KISSING THE GOAT!
